Short version: use this site fairly, and remember that applying for the trial does not guarantee a place.

Who we are

This website is run by Hueman Brands Ltd, trading as bubble by hueman, of 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. For anything in these terms, write to hello@getbubble.co.uk.

What these terms cover

These terms apply when you use this website, including its trial application and journal forms. They do not cover the bubble app or taking part in the trial. Anything we need you to agree for those, we will give you separately.

Our privacy notice explains how we handle your information.

Using this website

Please use this website lawfully and give us accurate information. Do not try to disrupt it, get into parts of it you are not meant to reach, or submit forms automatically or in someone else’s name.

Applying for the trial

Applications are made by an adult on behalf of a household. Applying does not guarantee a place. We read every application and choose households carefully. The trial is software only, on the phones you already have, and does not include a physical dome.

Our content

The words, images and designs on this website belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You are welcome to read them, share links to them and keep a copy for your own use. Please ask us before using them for anything else.

Accuracy and availability

bubble is still being developed, so what we describe here may change. We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it always will be.

Where we link to other websites, we do so for your information. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer. This website is free to use, and we are not responsible for business losses arising from it.

We may update these terms. The version on this page, and the date at the top, will always be the current one.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
